23.12.2009 - Office Hours during Christmas and New Year
Our customer service is open normally between 21.22. - 23.12.2009 and closed on the Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and day after that. In the last week of the year we are open between 28.12. - 31.12.2009 , our customer service is closed on the new years day.

20.10.2009 - Our New Office Hours
We have extented our phone support hours. We are now also open in the evenings and on Saturday. Our new phone hours are from 8 - 20:00 between mo - fr and from 10 - 18 on Saturdays.
We aim to improve SJR;s availability also outside normal company office hours so we can answer your support requests even faster.

31.07.2009 - New website and admin panel
We have completely redesigned our website, both internally and externally and also made an English translation available. Our admin panel has also been re-designed to be better suited for present-day needs.
The new and very clear interface of our website and the re-organized content will make finding the necessary information much faster and easier than before. As a new feature our service user manuals have been divided into smaller sections and they are also available to be viewed directly from our homepages, if necessary they can still be downloaded in PDF format like before.
With the new website forming a more clear entity we aim to offer our present as well as the new customers a user experience which is even more pleasant than before and also make the most common questions and answers regarding our services easily available.
With the new admin panel, the customer can make MySQL databases and create MySQL users with more options available than before. We will be adding more new features to the admin panel in the near future, e.g. the option to create more than one user for the admin panel which can be limited to allow access only to certain parts in the admin panel. Also the option to monitor the billing status, paying the invoices or viewing the billing history will be available in the near future.

16.07.2009 - Our Server Solutions
We use IBM HS20 Blade servers with mirrored RAID1 SCSI or FLASH drives, redundant PSUs, system fans and routers. Our main storage unit has RAID6 which allows even two simultaneous hard disk failures without affecting uptime of the services or the data integrity. Our server room also has redundant cooling units and redundant power.
Web, mail and FTP servers use clustering and high-availability techniques. Clustering assures that sudden spikes in web traffic are divided to several servers which allows web pages to run fast despite of sudden or momentary load. High availability techniques direct the traffic only to servers which are currently available. This way in case of an individual server crashing the service can still operate normally.

In the last 18 months, we have handled or answered all the email tickets during office hours in less than 30 minutes. Our phone support line has also been able to answer calls in a about 10 second delay.
